建立我国麻醉学专业规范化住院医师培训制度的探讨

The establishment of national residency-training program in anesthesiology in China

医学人才的培养关系到社会的整体医疗水平。目前，我国传统的医师培训模式已经不能适应社会对医师医疗服务的高质量的要求，因此，有必要探索我国医师培养的新途径。我们认为，建立规范化住院医师培训制度或专科医师培训制度，可以从根本上提高医师的实际工作能力。

The level of medical management in a society is related to its physician-training program. The demand of high quality for medical service of present Chinese society is asking for a change of our traditional medical training program. Therefore, we have to investigate the problems and establish new physician training protocols in China. It is agreed that the establishment of national residency training or medical specialist training program may improve the overall clinical performance of physicians. In this article, we will take residency-training program in anesthesiology as an example to address how the program is constructed.
