The concocting temperature and time to the oil have a greatly influence on oil quality.Through controlling concocting temperature and time of oil in the laboratory, and refrigerateing concocted oil by low temperature, as to carry on the data analysis and other methods, the lowest temperature and the shortest time of the concocting oil requires were ascertained.
