桥铝电生产环节中影响供电煤耗的原因分析

Analysis of Power Supply and Coal Consumption in Production Link on Qiaotou Aluminum Power Plant

随着煤炭价格的上涨,火电厂的发电成本随之上升,因此,如何有效地控制和降低发电成本将成为提高火电厂利润的一个重要环节。文章针对桥头铝电公司的发电现状,从降低供电标准煤耗率,提高锅炉效率,降低汽机热耗率的角度出发,用效率分析法对影响供电标准煤耗率的因素进行分析,并对降低发电成本提出了建议。

The thermal power plant＇s generating cost is raising annually along with rising of coal price. Therefore, it is an important tache of improving the benefit of thermal power plant on how to control and reduce the generating cost. Aiming at the generating situation,the paper analyzes the influence factor of standard coal consumption of electricity supply by efficiency analysis method through the aspects of reducing standard coal consumption of electricity supply, improving the boiler efficiency and reducing heat rate, and brings forward some suggestions of reducing gen- erating cost.
