掺混法在燃气热值调整中的应用

Application of Blending Method in the Variation of Natural Gas Heating Value

为解决管输天然气热值高于城市燃气所需热值的问题,达到经济、合理、充分的利用天然气的目的,提出采用投资少的掺混法调整LNG热值,并且从配置方式、工艺流程、调节原理和设置气态的天然气或空气混合装置等方面对掺混法工艺流程和控制方案进行了研究分析,阐明了掺混法在LNG热值调整中应用的可行性。

The authors consider that current heating value of pipeline gas is higher than the city gas needed,and to solve the problem to realize the gas' utilization in economy,the low cost blending method should be adopted to vary the LNG's heating value. Therefore,the study and analysis are carried out on the laying out of blending equipments for gas or air at gaseous state including process and controlling scenario.The paper describes the application feasibility of blending method in the variation of LNG heating value.
