Along with the development of social economy,politics,and culture,the education of the 21st century has shown new characteristics.The relationship between teachers and students,as a basic and main interpersonal relationship in the process of education process,will directly affect and decide the quality of education.With the ideological and political education getting more and more important for university students＇ all-around development education,the paper points out the necessity to profoundly understand the relationship between teachers and students,so as to construct harmonious ,equal relationship that is favorable for the healthy development of students.
