摘要 [目的]了解2001~2005年上海市某区居民吸烟导致的死亡情况。[方法]应用美国CDC的SAMMEC (Smoking-Attributable Mortality,Morbidity,and Economic Costs)软件,根据居民健康档案的吸烟情况分析吸烟归因死亡人数以及吸烟归因潜在寿命损失年数(YPLL)和吸烟归因潜在工作损失年数(WYPLL)。[结果]2001~2005年间,每年吸烟人数有上升趋势,戒烟人数变化不明显。吸烟归因死亡人数占总死亡人数的百分比超过20%,其中男性超过34%;全部死因所致的潜在寿命损失年数中40%以上为吸烟所致,其中男性超过56%;吸烟导致的全人群劳动力损失约为8%以上,其中男性超过12%。[结论]吸烟导致了多种恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病和呼吸系统疾病的死亡,对上海市某区居民的健康危害严重,应将控烟列入健康促进的首要工作之一。 [ Objective ] To learn about the Smoking-attributable mortality during 2001-2005 in a district of Shanghai. [ Methods ] Smoking prevalence was obtained from residents' health records, and then the smoking-attributable mortality, Years of Potential Life Lost ( YPLL ) and Working Years of Potential Life Lost ( WYPLL ) among different sex and age groups were analyzed using SAMMEC ( Smoking-Attributable Mortality, Morbidity, and Economic Costs )software from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the USA. [ Results ] During 2001 through 2005, the number of current smokers increased, while the number of ex-smokers was not changed distinctively. The proportion of smoking-attributable deaths out of total deaths was more than 20% annually, with the figure more than 34% in males. Over 2/5 of Years of Potential Life Lost( YPLL )was attributed to smoking, with the figure more than 56% in males. In addition, Smoking-Attributable Working Years of Potential Life Lost was found more than 8% and the data for men was more than 12% per year. [ Conclusion ] Smoking caused deaths of several malignant neoplasms, cardiovascular and eerebrovaseular diseases and respiratory diseases. Therefore, it is an important risk factor for health of residents in this district. Reducing tobacco consumption should be one of the priorities for health promotion.
