高效液相色谱法测定白带丸中芍药苷的含量

Determination of paeoniflorin in Baidai pills by HPLC

目的 建立白带丸中芍药苷HPLC含量测定方法。方法色谱柱：Kromasil100-5C18（250mm×4．6mm）；流动相：甲醇－水（33：67）；流速1．OmL·min^-1；检测波长：230nm；柱温：室温。结果 实验表明芍药苷的含量在0．0224～2．244μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999，n=5），平均回收率为99．84％，RSD为0．34％（n=9）。结论本方法准确，简便灵敏，可靠，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the contentof Paeoniflorin in Baidai Pills. METHODS ＂ Kromasil 100 -5C18 （250mm×4.6mm） column was used, the mobile phase was methanol, rate was set at 1.0mL·min^- 1, the detection wave length was 230nm ; and column temperature was room temperature. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear（ r = 0. 9999, n = 5 ）in the range of 0. 9224 -2. 244μg for Paeoniflorin, the average recovery was 99.84% RSD was 0. 34% （ n = 9）. CONCLUSION This method may be accurate, sample sensitive and reliable and it can be ed as the quality control of Baidai pills.
