Fe_xTi_(100-x)的非晶形成能力的研究

摘要 利用机械合金化方法制备了FexTi100-x系列样品,利用XRD技术对球磨过程中的样品进行了分析,得出Fe-Ti系非晶态合金的形成范围为10at%Fe^60at%Fe;当Fe的含量大于60at%时将形成FeTi固溶体. The set samples of FexTil00-x were prepared by mechanical alloying, The samples has been studied by X - Ray diffraction. We obtained amorphous when the contents of Fe in the Fe - Ti were 10at% ~ 60at% and there formed solid solution when the contents of Fe over 60at%.
