摘要 以固体酸作催化剂,采用微波技术,用氯乙酸和无水乙醇直接合成氯乙酸乙酯.考虑了不同催化剂及最佳催化剂用量、微波辐射功率以及辐射时间对反应转化率的影响.最佳反应条件为:无水乙醇和氯乙酸的用量分别为20 ml、9.45 g,微波辐射时间及功率为40 min、700 W,催化剂为2 mol/L的固体酸,用量为1 g,此条件下转化率为72.4%. With solid acid as a catalyst and microwave irradiation, chloroacetic acid and ethyl alcohol were directly synthesized into ethyl chloroacecate. The amount of catalyst, the different catalyst, microwave irradiation power and time for the conversion rate were examined. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows. The amount of chloroacetic acid and the amount of ethyl alcohol were 9.45 g, 20 ml, microwave irradiation power and time were 700 w and 30 rain, respectively. The weight of catalyst was 1 g of 2 M of solid acid. The yield under the condition was 72.4%.
