摘要
目的:研究安吉复注射液对小鼠实验性免疫功能低下的影响。方法:以环磷酰胺(Cy80mg·kg-1SC)造成免疫功能低下的动物模型,采用碳粒廓清法、单向免疫扩散法、二硝基氟苯诱导迟发型超敏反应法、3H-TdR参入法以及间接免疫荧光法测定有关免疫指标。结果:安吉复注射液(0.01、0.1mg·kg-1·d-1×10d,im)可使小鼠降低的K值、α值、血清IgG、耳片肿胀度、ConA诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖反应值等明显升高;同时可使小鼠外周血减少的L3T4+细胞增多,从而致降低的L3T4+/Lyt-2+细胞比值增高。结论:安吉复注射液对小鼠实验性免疫功能低下有明显的增强作用。
Aim\ The effects of An Ji Fu injection solution AJF on experimental immunosuppression were studied in mice. Method\ The immunosuppressed mice were induced by cyclophosphamide (Cy, 80 mg·kg -1 sc). The immunomodulatory effects of the drug were measured by cleaning carbon particle method, simple diffusion method, delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH), 3H TdR entering method and indirect immunofluorescence assay. Result\ The k numble, α numble, the level of serum IgG and ear swelling were markely increased by An Ji Fu injection solution (0 01, 0 1 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ×10 d, im). The drug could also enhanced the prolifevous reponse of T lymphocyte of peripheral blood induced by ConA. In addition, the drug could increase the number of L 3T + 4 cells of peripheral blood and the ratio of L 3T + 4/Ly 2 + cell. Concllusion\ AJF has a enhanced effect on experimental immunosuppression in mice.
