都兰县2005年居民死亡情况分析

Analysis on Residents' Death in Dulan County in 2005

[目的]掌握导致都兰县居民死亡的主要原因,为防治提供科学依据。[方法]对都兰县2005年报告的死亡资料进行分析。[结果]导致我县居民死亡的主要原因依次为心脑血管疾病、意外伤害、恶性肿瘤、消化系统疾病和呼吸系统疾病。死亡率汉族高于少数民族,男性高于女性,60岁以上年龄组高于小年龄组,各职业间死亡率无差异。[结论]导致都兰县居民死亡的主要原因是心脑血管疾病、意外伤害、恶性肿瘤、消化系统疾病和呼吸系统疾病,今后应加大慢性非传染性疾病的防治力度。

[Objective]To know the main reason of resident＇s death in Dulan county, and offer scientific basis for pre venting and controlling of the diseases. [Methods]Reports on the diseases were analyzed in Dulan county in 2005. [Results] The main reason for residents death in Dulan county is as follows： cardiovascular, cerebrovascular system,accident, malignant tumor,disease of digestive system and respiratory disease. The mortality of Han nationality is higher than that of the minority nationality,It was higher in male than that in female. It was higher in the age group over 60 than that in the age group under 60, There was no difference among various kinds of jobs. [Conclusion]The main reasons for resident＇s death in Dulan county were cardiovascular, cerebrovascular system, accident , malignant tumor, disease of digestive system and respiratory disease. Prevention and control of chronic and non- infectious diseases must be strengthened.
