摘要 [目的]调查分析公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况,为卫生管理提供依据。[方法]集中空调关闭期间,采集集中空调通风系统送风管内的积尘样品,检测其细菌总数、真菌总数;集中空调运行期间,采集集中空调送风口空气样品,检测空气中的细菌总数、真菌总数、可吸入颗粒物、二氧化碳。[结果]公共场所集中空调通风系统污染严重,其中通风管道积尘量合格率仅为14.4%,细菌总数合格率为38.9%,真菌总数合格率为41.1%;10家公共场所集中空调通风管道内部从未清洗消毒。[结论]公共场所集中空调通风系统应加强卫生管理。 [Objective]To research sanitary condition of the centralized air ventilation system in public place; provide the basis for sanitary control. [Methods]Dust sample in blast pipe was collected when centralized air ventilation system was off, the total content of the bacterium and fungus was examined. Air sample was collected in air-supplied outlet when centralized air ventilation system is operated. The total content of the bacterium, fungus,inhaled particle, carbon dioxide in the air was tested. [Results]The centralized air ventilation system is seriously polluted in which the qualified rate of the content of dust was only 14.4%. The qualified rate of the total content of bacterium was 38.9%. The qualified rate of the total content of fungus was 41.1%. The air ventilation in 10 public places had never been cleaned and sterilized. [Conclusion] Sanitary control should be strengthened to the centralized air ventilation system.
