2005年烟台市卫生监督人员现状调查

Investigation on the Setting up of Sanitary Supervision Department in Yantai City in 2005

[目的]了解烟台市卫生监督人员数量、素质及分布状况,为卫生监督体制改革提供资料。[方法]对2005年12月1日烟台市在岗的卫生监督人员进行全面登记调查,用Excel表格进行统计分析。[结果]全市406名在岗卫生监督人员,有相关专业学历的229人,高级职称55人,中级职称184人。[结论]在卫生监督体制改革中要充实专业人员队伍,提高队伍素质,并落实相关政策,加快卫生监督体系建设。

[Objective]To know the number ,quality and distribution of the professionals for sanitary supervision, provide bases for reform of the setting up of health departments. [Methods]Registration was carried out to all the professionals for sanitary supervision .who were at the post before I December 2005 ,the data was analyzed with Excel, [Results]Among all the 406 professionals .229 of them were educated for related sanitary knowledge . 55 of them are experts above associate consulting doctors . 184 of them are doctors, [Conclusion] The department of sanitary supervision must be strengthened during the reform of sanitary supervision. The quality of the professionals must be enhanced and the related policies must be put into effect. The establishment of the organization for sanitary supervision must be implemented.
