应激对淋巴细胞增殖抑制机制的初探

Preliminary Study on the Mechanism of Suppressive Effect of Stress Mouse Serum on Lymphocyte Proliferation

本文在观察了应激小鼠体内抑制因子对淋巴细胞增殖抑制作用的基础上，从应激小鼠血清对淋巴细胞钙离子通道、细胞凋亡及ｃ－ｆｏｓ基因表达影响的３个方面，对其机制进行了初步探讨。结果表明，应激小鼠血清可显著抑制ＣｏｎＡ激活的淋巴细胞钙离子通道开放，对淋巴细胞发生凋亡及ｃ－ｆｏｓ基因的表达无影响。本结果提示，抑制淋巴细胞钙离子通道开放，可能是应激小鼠血清对有丝分裂原诱导的淋巴细胞增殖抑制的机理之一。

We studied the effects of stress mouse serum on calcium channel,apoptosis and c fos gene expression to investigate the mechanism of its effect on lymphocyte proliferation.The results indicated that stress mouse serum could inhibite the opening of calcium channel,but not affect the occurrence of apoptosis and c fos gene expression.These suggest that the inhibition of calcium channel opening may play an important role in the suppressive effect on lymphocyte proliferation by stress mouse serum.
