多段初级永磁直线同步电机驱动的垂直提升系统 被引量:26

摘要 按照多段式初级永磁直线同步电机实际结构,利用有限元法求出电机次级在不同位置时各段初级的电感、励磁磁链和切向磁力,构建这些量和次级位置间的函数关系。考虑了电感和磁链的不对称性及励磁磁链中的谐波分量,推导出线参数状态方程。以次级位置和速度为关键变量建立系统整体仿真模型。对系统进行动态仿真和特性分析。实验结果表明,所建模型能很好的反映系统特性,是分析系统的有效工具,所提方法也适用于其它类型的永磁直线同步电机。 According to actual structure of a PMSLM with multi-segment primary, each segment primary's inductances, excitation flux linkage, and tangential magnetic force are obtained by FEM at different secondary position. The function relations between the parameters and secondary position are set up. The asymmetry of the inductances and excitation flux linkage, and the harmonic components in excitation flux linkage are taken into account. The line parameter state equation is derived. The secondary position and velocity are regard as key variables, the system integrated simulation model is developed. The dynamic characteristics are simulated and analyzed. The experiment results show that the established model demonstrates the system characteristics well, and is efficient tool to analyze the systems. The method employed in the paper is the same with other PMLSMs.
