摘要
根据40.5kV电压等级开关设备的运行状况和特点,给出了一种新型的真空负荷隔离开关操动机构,并详细阐述了该操动机构的动作原理。为了使该操动机构的运动特性满足真空负荷隔离开关的灭弧室电性能参数,采用机械原理的相关理论对操动机构进行运动学、动力学分析,并建立数学模型,利用MATLAB实现了优化运算,根据优化结果,搭建操动机构实际模型和试验平台,进行机械性能的测试和分析,并通过型式试验进行验证。结果表明,这种结构简单、装配方便、性能参数符合真空灭弧室特性要求的操动机构具有高可靠性、高稳定性和便于操作等特点,同时表明该操动机构的研制是可行的,为操动机构的设计和分析提供了方法。
According to the operating conditions and characteristics of a 40.SKY switchgear, a novel vacuum load-disconnection switch is presented and its operating mechanism is analyzed in detail. The theory of mechanical principle is adopted for kinematics and dynamics analysis of actuator, so the characteristics of the movement of actuator ~ settle for the electrical parameters of vacuum load- disconnection switch. Meanwhile the mathematical model is set up for the optimum calculation with MATLAB. By the optimization results, the actual actuator and test platform are established and the mechanical and electrical properties of the switch are measured. All results are verified by type approval test. The results show that its structure is simple and its assembly is facilitated. Its parameters meet the characteristics of vacuum interrupters. Furthermore, this device has some advantages, such as higher reliability, higher stability, convenience of operation, and so on. Meanwhile, the method of design and analysis for operating mechanism is feasible.
