木枣多糖抗疲劳组分对力竭游泳小鼠糖代谢的影响 被引量:21

摘要 目的:从木枣多糖中寻找和筛选抗疲劳组分,探讨其对运动能力的作用及其机制。方法:采用不同方法从木枣中提取两种粗多糖,以雄性小鼠为实验对象,采用一次性力竭实验,筛选出效果最强的组分(酶提多糖,JP2);建立递增强度游泳训练模型,对小鼠灌服不同剂量的JP2溶液,实验4周后进行一次力竭游泳测试,分别测定力竭测试前、力竭测试后即刻和3小时大鼠血糖、肌糖原、肝糖原、血乳酸等生化指标。结果:服用木枣多糖组分JP21周后,小鼠力竭游泳时间较对照组延长17.4%;服用木枣多糖组分JP2组小鼠肌糖原和肝糖原含量在力竭测试前和力竭测试后较对照组均有一定程度的升高,中、高剂量组差异更显著(P<0.05,P<0.01);服用木枣多糖组分JP2各组小鼠力竭运动后血乳酸的堆积较对照组均显著性降低。结论:酶法提取的木枣多糖JP2具有抗运动疲劳的作用。 Objective To explore anti - fatigue composition from jujube and to investigate it' s mechanism. Methods With different extracting methods, two types of raw polycose (JP1 and JP2 ) were extracted from jujube. They were applied to the exercising mice. Blood glucose, muscle glycogen, hepatic glycogen and blood lactate were measured before, immediate after and 3 hours after exercise. Results After administration of the jujube polycose (JP2), the swimming exhaustion time prolonged 17.4% as compared with control group. The levels of muscle glycogen and hepatic glycogen before and after exercise in mice supplied with medium and high dose of JP2 increased significantly as compared with the control group. ( P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01, respectively). The blood lactate after exercise to exhaustion decreased significantly in mice applied with JP2 as compared with the control groups. Conclusion It was proved that enzyme - based extracting Jujube Polysaccharide (JP2) can alleviate exercise - induced fatigue.
