食品及补剂中降糖药物的初筛及确证方法研究

Screening and Confirmation of Anti-Diabetics in Food and Nutrition Supplements by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

为探索更有效的食品及补剂中降糖药物的检测方法，本研究采用液相色谱／质谱联用的技术研究检测了食品补剂中的7种降糖药物，分别采用乙酸乙酯提取法和甲醇直接提取法，建立了快速、有效的检测食品补剂中降糖药物的初筛及确证方法。检测限在20～500pg之间。

Addition of anti - diabetic agents into food and nutrition supplements is banned. Insulin and insulin - like release factor belongs to the list of prohibited substances of the International Olympic Committee and the World Anti - Doping Agency since 1999. With similar biologic effect, anti diabetic agents are thought to be relevant for sports drug. A fast, sensitive LC/MS method was developed to screen and confirm seven antidiabetic agents in food and nutrition supplements. These compounds are extracted by liquid - liquid extraction with ethyl acetate or methanol directly, and analyzed by LC/MS. Detection limits of respective drugs ranged between 20 and 500pg.
