HiHiLo对运动员递增负荷运动中左心室功能的影响 被引量:7

Effect of HiHiLo on Left Ventricular Function during Incremental Exercise of Student-Athletes in Our University

摘要 目的:评价HiHiLo对运动员递增负荷运动过程中左心室功能的影响。方法:应用二维及Doppler超声心动图技术,分别于HiHiLo前后测量48名受试者心脏在递增负荷全过程中的泵功能指标、收缩功能指标及舒张功能指标。结果:与HiHiLo前相比,4周后受试者SV、SI从安静到递增负荷运动再到恢复的全过程中均有显著增加,但CO、CI与HiHiLo前相比,均显著减少;ESV、VAo-max、ET较之HiHiLo前分别在50W、50W至150W、150W至恢复的过程中有显著减小,但EF在安静至100W过程中较HiHiLo前有显著性增大;E、A、HR在运动全过程中都较HiHiLo前有显著下降,但E/A并无变化,其他指标仅在运动过程中的某一两个阶段较HiHiLo前有显著变化,如EDV、EAT、EDT。结论:4周HiHiLo后受试者的左心室泵功能在递增负荷全过程中均有显著改善,主要表现为舒张功能的明显增强,而收缩功能变化并不明显。 The purpose of this study was to evaluate the alteration of left ventricular function during the graded exercise after a HiHiLo (living high-exercise high-training low) session. Two-dimension and Doppler echocardiography were employed to procure the datum regarding pump function, diastolic function and systolic function during the incremental exercise before and after HiHiLo for 48 healthy male athletes. The result showed that four-week HiHiLo made a significant increase both in SV and SI not only at rest but during exercise and recuperative period. However, the CO and CI were declined significantly. Although a pronounced reduction was found in ESV, VAo-max, ET after HiHiLo during the stage of 50W, 50W to 150W and 150w to recuperative interval, respectively, the EF obtained a obvious increase at rest and during the stage of 100 W. From rest to 3-minute recovery, HR and the peak velocity of E and A all decreased significantly after HiHiLo, and E/A kept no significant alteration. Other parameters such as EDV, EAT and EDT demonstrated a pronounced change in only one stage of or two stages of exercise compared with the corresponding variables of pre-HiHiLo. It concluded that the significant improvement of pump function was found during the course of exercise after HiHiLo and this advantage was attributed to the enhanced diastolic function, while the systolic function was reckoned as having no obvious change.
