摘要
借鉴RPE的评价思想,提出针对高校教师进行亚健康状态主观自评的方法,并采用问卷调查的方法,对91名高校教师亚健康状况的心理成因及相应锻炼对策的提出进行了初步研究。研究结果表明,有超过九成的高校教师自评处于亚健康状态,引发此现象的心理原因主要是工作压力大造成的心情不好、焦虑、睡眠不良等消极心理状态。锻炼对策应从加强对高校教师的健康和体育教育、正视工作压力,特别是增强锻炼自我效能着手。自我效能是影响高校教师能否积极参与和坚持体育锻炼的主要因素。
Based on the principle of Borg's Rating of Perceived Exertion, the setf-report styte perceived subhealthy evaluation scale for college faculty was designed. Using an open-ended questionnaire and stages of change scale as well, this paper explored the psychological causes of college faculty 's subhealthy status and recommended some primary exercise coping strategies. Ninety-one college teachers participated in this study. The result showed that over ninety percent of the teachers evaluated them as remaining at subhealthy status. Due to heavy induced workload, stresses brought out negative psychological states such as moodiness, anxiety and sleep deprivation were the psychological causes for perceived subhealthy status. The exercise coping strategies recommended that enhancing health and physical activity education, coping with work stresses positively as well as enhancing exercise self-efficacy were very important. Self-efficacy was the key factor that could affect college faculty's exercise participation and adherence.
