摘要
在走访调查、座谈访问和对相关文献资料分析的基础上,探析了当前大学生体育权利所遭受的侵害,即实施行为在情形上具有模糊性,在实质上具有危害性,在侵权性质上具有多类别性等特征,揭示了生成此类症状的原因,从法律的视角,提出了有效预防和遏制侵犯大学生体育权利行为发生的建议。
Based on interview, investigation and literature review, this paper discusses the violation on sport right of college student with the characteristics of uncertain in execution, harmful in essence and multi-classification of tortuous, points out the reason and put forwards the effective suggestions for preventing the violation on sport right of college student.
