The Academic Proficiency Test and the Reform of College Entrance Examination for Common Senior High Schools

摘要 普通高中学业水平考试起源于普通高中毕业会考制度,高中新课程标准的实施,赋予了高中毕业会考制度以新的意义和内涵。应按照高中新课程的理念和要求对高中毕业会考制度重新进行功能定位,构建新的普通高中学业水平考试制度,发挥其对教学质量的监控和评价作用,同时为高考的多元学业评价改革提供基础信息。 The Academic proficiency test for common senior high schools originated from the joint exam system for common senior high schools. Since the new curriculum criterion was put into operation, the joint exam system for common senior high schools has been added to new meanings and contents. Therefore, we should reevaluate the functions of the joint exam system in accordance with the concept and requirements of the new curriculum criterion, construct a new academic proficiency test system for senior high schools, exert its controlling and evaluating functions on teaching quality, and, at the same time, provide essential information for the pluralistic academic evaluation.
