摘要
蓄热式技术已在高性能板坯加热炉上得到应用。针对板坯加热炉炉膛宽度大,沿板坯长度方向的温度均匀性难以保证的特点,使用CFD软件对不同炉堂深度、不同烧嘴配置和参数选择等情况下的炉内燃烧进行了详细的模拟,得到了炉子内部详细的温度分布、速度分布以及燃料在炉堂内部的燃烧情况。对比分析了各种方案下沿炉子宽度方向的温度均匀性。这些结果详尽直观明了,为工程技术人员进行方案讨论提供了全面的数据。
The regeneratiive heating technique is used widely in the metallurgical industry. Due to the large hearth of billet heating furnace, it is difficult to keep the temperature uniformity along the billet. By simulating the detail combustion inside furnace at different heath depth, different nozzle types and different operational parameters by CFD software, the temperature and velocity distribution inside the hearth are obtained. The temperature uniformity along the furnace width is compared and analyzed. The detailed and clear result can provide the comprehensive data for technicians
