摘要
为了实现管网高质量运行,其系统必须具备稳定可靠的调节能力。根据管网能耗最小原则和管网流动规律,给出了流量优化调节的数学模型和相应的约束条件。结合算例介绍了管网流量优化调节方法。通过计算,画出了管网阻力特性曲线和在不同工况下变频泵的特性曲线,并分析了两曲线的匹配性,介绍了变频泵的控制方式,为工程应用提供依据。
In order to realize high quality operation of network, a steady and reliable regulation ability of heating network system is needed. According to the minimum principle of pipe network energy consumption and flow law of pipe network, a mathematical model of flow optimal regulation and its corresponding constrain condition are given in this paper. Combined with example, a flow optimal regulation method of pipe network is introduced. Characteristic curves of pipe network resistance and variable frequency pump under different operating conditions are drawn in response to the computing results. Besides, the matching between two curves is analyzed and the control method of variable frequency pump is introduced. It can provide basis for engineering application.
