摘要
本文简要介绍了静电除尘器去除空气中颗粒污染物的原理,利用FLUENT软件对管式电除尘器中的气固两相流进行了数值模拟,分析了不同的颗粒粒径、极线电压、进口流速与除尘效率的关系。数值模拟的结果对电除尘器的研究和设计有着重要的指导意义。
The removal principle of particles by Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP) is briefly introduced. A mathematical model for the gas-solid two phase flow in tubular ESP is developed by the FLUENT software. The relationships between different particle diameters, voltages, inlet velocity of the gas with the efficiency of precipitator are analyzed. The results of the numerical simulation are helpful to research and devise ESP.
