At the beginning of 20th century US also once repeatedly had the coalmine accident. Recently, the coalmine industry in the US has made the great progress in the production of the safety. We can find that the US government strengths the legislation, enforces the law strictly, develops the labor union function, builds up independent of safety inspect system, values the safety devotion and technique development, the employee training and promises the public supervising in order to achieve the production of safety. It is worthy for us to study the experience of the coalmine production of the safety in the US.
