摘要
煤炭开采造成大量土地资源的破坏,目前我国采煤区土地复垦率只有12%。完善相关法律制度,推进采煤区土地复垦产业化,建立采煤区土地复垦的有效机制,是治理矿区环境,实现采煤区土地可持续利用和发展循环经济的途径。
Coal mining causes damage of plenty of land resources. Presently, the coal-mining area in China only has land re-reclamation ratio of 12%. To complete related laws and systems, promote industrial- ization of land re-reclamation in coal--mining area, and establish effective mechanism for re-reclamation in coal-mining area are means for controlling the environment in the mining area, realizing sustainable utilization of lands in coal--mining area, and developing cyclic economy.
