对淮南矿区采煤沉陷地生态环境修复的思考 被引量:21

摘要 本文以华东最大能源基地——淮南矿区为例,基于“三大基地”和“生态淮南”建设背景,贯彻持续发展观,科学确立基于采煤沉陷地生态环境修复的大型生态矿区建设战略思路,及以凸显“一个目标、两个主题、三大分区、四项原则、五类工程”的采煤沉陷地生态环境修复具体方略。 Huainan energy-based city have simultaneously been conducting since 2003 the program of Three Industrial Bases' (referring to coal-mining coal power plants coal chemical industries) and Eco-city Huainan'. Regarded as a typical example of huge-scale ecological engineering in coal-mine area under above construction background in east China, the strategic idea and the rounded framework on eco-environment restoration of coal-mining subsidence land are put forward scientifically with the concept of sustainable development in this paper. The framework in detail concerns these aspects as following: focusing on one objective, conducting two core issues; conceiving the restoration mapping of three divisional sites in whole coal-mining area; acting up to four main principles; exploring and practicing the innovating engineering implementation concentrated upon five kinds of keystone eco-restoration techniques with the life-cycle concept of coal exploitation and utilization.
