Research on Ⅱ Expanded Ammouium Nitrate Ecplosive

本文以92%膨化硝铵为氧化剂,3%复合燃料油及5%改性焦煤粉（细度为150-200目,以煤粉质量的5%铁粉活化）为可燃剂制成的流散性较好的Ⅱ型膨化硝铵炸药,装药密度为0.94 m·s^-1,爆速为3520 m·s^-1,殉爆距离为7cm,威力为340ml,克服了膨化硝铵炸药固有的缺陷,是一种综合性能优良的环保型工业炸药。

In this paper, a Ⅱ expanded ammonium nitrate explosive with free-flowing state was developed, which was composed of 92% expanded ammonium nitrate as oxidizing agent, 3% compound fuel and 5% modified coal powder with its diameter of 150-200mu （activated by5% w. t reduced iron）. It overcomes the intrinsic shortcomings of original expanded ammonium nitrate with charge density 0. 94 m · s^-1 , detonation velocity 3520 m · s^-1 , detonation transmission distance 7cm and power 340ml. It is an industrial explosive in favor of environment and with good performance.
