摘要
基于地理信息系统的二次开发技术和VC语言,开发了广州市森林防火信息系统。介绍了ArcGIS的主要技术特点及在该平台下开发森林防火信息系统的方法与如何利用AP1函数和MFC类库实现该系统的过程,对系统的设计思想、功能模块及系统的关键技术进行了介绍,并给出了相关的源代码。实现了林火蔓延的计算机模拟和林火指挥扑救,使得对林火的监测更直观、高效,扑救林火更及时,大大减少森林火灾的损失。
Based on secondary development technology of GIS and VC language, the forest fire prevention information system of Guangzhou city is developed. The technology feature of ArcGIS is introduced, and the developing method of the system, and the developing procedure using API and MFC class library in ArcGIS environment. The design thinking, function module, main technical of this system are introduced, and some main source code is also given, It accomplishes computer simulation of fir spreading and fire directing suppression, which make the monitoring of forest fire much real-time, efficient. Fire suppression much in-time, the loss of forest fire is reduced greatly.
