摘要
研究了二参数Weibull分布下可靠性指标验证的SPOT方法,鉴于少量的历史数据,采用随机加权法对Weibull分布的形状参数和待检验指标的验前超参数进行估计,为Weibull分布的SPOT验证提供了参数值。将Weibull分布的SPOT方法转化成指数分布下的SPOT方法,并采用仿真模拟的方法证明了该方法的有效性。
The SPOT method for reliability verification under two parameter weibull distribution is discussed, whereas there is little history data, random weighting simulation is used to estimate the figure parameter of Weibull distribution and the prior test parameter. The SPOT method of Weibull distribution is transformed to that of exponential distribution. It is Proved that the method is efficient by simulation.
