当归对去势雄性大鼠血钙、血脂、抗氧化功能及脏器指数的影响

Influence of the Angelica Sinensis Diels on Blood Composition, Antioxidantion and Interal Organs Index in Male Rats Castrated

方法：将成年雄性大鼠睾丸切除，２０ｄ后ｉｇ当归醇沉物２０ｄ，观察血钙、血脂、抗氧化功能及脏器指数的变化。结果：大鼠去势后血钙明显下降，血中胆固醇及甘油三脂明显升高，血清及肝脏脂质过氧化产物ＭＤＡ显著增多，肝脏、胸腺、肾上腺与器官重量明显低于正常组，给予当归醇沉物后，除对胆固醇无明显影响外，均可逆转上述指标。结论：当归醇沉物对去势大鼠血钙、血脂代谢及抗氧化功能、脏器指数产生有益影响。

Objectives: The changes of blood composion, antioxidation, internal organs index and influence of products settled by alcohol from Angelica sinensis Diels (PASD) in the male rats castrated were observed. Methods: The adult male rats were castrated, and after 20 days, the changes of above mentioned targets and influence of PASD (ig, qd×20 d) on male rats were observed. Results: The male rats castrated could cause marked increase of malondialde (MDA) content in liver and serum and cholesterol, triglyceride in serum, and decrease of blood calcium and internal organs index. Treatment with PASD could provent the changes of above mentioned targets. Conclusion: The PASD colud improve the blood calcium, triglyceride, antioxidation and internal organs index in male rats castrated.
