摘要
采用新工艺新方法制备新型甜味剂天-丙二肽,以L-天冬氨酸为中间体,与D-丙氨酸异丙酯缩合,一步反应得产物,产率高、成本低。并对其结构与性质进行了分析。
The preparation and analysis of new sweetener L aspartyl D alanine isopropyl ester were reported. L Asp D Ala OiPr was obtained from L aspartic acid and D alamine. Physical and chemical properties of final product were analysed.
