摘要
采用新工艺新方法制备新型甜味剂天－丙二肽，以Ｌ－天冬氨酸为中间体，与Ｄ－丙氨酸异丙酯缩合，一步反应得产物，产率高、成本低。并对其结构与性质进行了分析。
The preparation and analysis of new sweetener L aspartyl D alanine isopropyl ester were reported. L Asp D Ala OiPr was obtained from L aspartic acid and D alamine. Physical and chemical properties of final product were analysed.
