基于ABAQUS的激光板料成形的数值模拟研究 被引量:5

摘要 激光板料成形技术是一种柔性无模的金属板料成形新工艺。本文通过对ABAQUS有限元软件和激光热应力成形及激光喷丸成形这两种激光板料成形方式的简要介绍,着重分析了ABAQUS有限元软件在激光热应力成形和激光喷丸成形数值模拟方面的应用,并对数值模拟中关于载荷定义、本构关系、网格划分、边界条件等关键问题的处理进行了分析,且给出了具体的解决方案。最后以具体的模拟实例指出,ABAQUS软件为激光板料成形的数值模拟提供了强大的分析平台,模拟结果与实验具有较好的一致性,对有效地进行实验具有重要的指导意义。 Laser forming of sheet metal is a new emerging sheet metal forming process which is flexible and dieless. Laser thermalstress forming (LTF) and laser peen forming (LPF) are the typical application of laser forming in manufacturing industry. In this paper, ABAQUS software and the fundamental mechanisms of LTF and LPF were briefly introduced firstly, and then the application of ABAQUS in laser thermal-stress forming and laser peen forming processes were analyzed in detail. By analyzing some key problems in the numerical simulation such as the definition of loads, constitutive relationships, meshing technique and boundary conditions, etc, it provided specific solving methods. At last, some simulation practices were given based on ABAQUS, which pointed that the FE software ABAOUS could provide the simulation of laser forming process with strong analysis platform. The simulation results which would do a great positive effect on experiments were in good agreement with the experiment results.
