摘要 针对高压变频器整体性能和不同负载的适应性的测试要求,在高压变频试验系统设计中考虑可对不同电压等级不同功率变频器进行全项带载功能测试,采用三台电机同轴连接,其中一台2000kW电机作为再生发电机用,采用ROCKWELL公司DTD型变频器将再生发电机电能馈送到电网,这样通过对DTD变频器的控制来模拟不同负载,从而既达到对被测变频器不同应用测试的目的,又能降低电能消耗,节省能源。 According to the requirements of the adaptability testing for the whole function of High Voltage VFD with variable load, we consider performing the entire test for High Voltage VFD with different voltage levels as well as different ratings in High Voltage Variable Frequency testing system design. Three motors are connected with one axes, one of the three motors are to be used as an regeneration generator and its function is to feed back the power generated by the regeneration generation to the power grid through the DTD VSF drives produced by ROCKWELL, by doing so, we can simulate the different load circumstances by controlling the DTD VSF drives, so as to achieve the testing goals of different purposes and save the energies at the same time.
