摘要
变频器对电源和邻近设备将产生电磁干扰,在变频调速系统设计的初始阶段,同时进行电磁兼容(EMC)设计,把EMC的大部分问题解决在设计定型之前,可得到最高的效费比。本文简要阐述了一个系统电磁兼容设计的一般方法并以某研究所压气机试验器动力装置一变频调速系统的EMC设计为典型例子,详细介绍了其设计中的具体考虑,并给出了该电气系统原理框图和系统的接地网图。
Frequency converter has electron magnetic interference on power source and neighboring equipments, which supposes electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design during preliminary design phase of frequency conversion speed regulating system, so as to obtain a higher effectiveness/cost ratio and resolve most problems before typification.This article briefly described a general method used for systematic electro-magnetic compatibility design, taking an EMC design of frequency conversion speed regulating system and power unit on a compressor test rig as a typical example. Detailed introductions of design consideration and electrical system functional block diagram as well as chart of system earthing net are given.
