摘要
本文研究了槲皮素对小鼠淋巴细胞化学发光的影响。槲皮素５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ给小鼠腹腔注射，每天１次，连给６天后，测定小鼠脾淋巴细胞化学发光。结果表明，给药组小鼠淋巴细胞发光值显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示槲皮素具有提高淋巴细胞活性，增强其免疫功能的作用。
The effect of Quercetin on lymphocytic chemiluminescene(CL) on mice was observed.After intrapertoneal injection of Quercetin at 50 and 100mg per kilogram for six days(one time for each day),the CL of spleenic lymphocytesin in the mice were examined .The results showed the lymphocytic CL of the injected group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.01 ),indicating that Quercetin can improve lymphocytic activity and immunity.
