胶囊内镜在消化道疾病诊断中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨胶囊内镜在消化道疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法对268例受检者进行胶囊内镜检查。其中176例有消化道症状,92例为健康查体者。结果胶囊内镜检查中均无任何不适和并发症。267例完成检查,其中204例发现有消化道病变,检出率为76.4%。检出病变包括食管病变52例(25.4%),胃部病变74例(36.2%),小肠病变89例(43.6%),结肠病变28例(13.7%)。3例小肠间质瘤,1例克罗恩病,1例小肠淋巴瘤,2例血管畸形经手术证实。手术前胃镜、结肠镜、全消化道造影、腹部CT、肠系膜血管造影检查,仅1例小肠间质瘤腹部CT证实,1例克罗恩病全消化道造影诊断可疑。结论胶囊内镜检查方法安全,对消化道疾病有较好的诊断价值。 Objective: To evaluate the application of capsule endoscopies ( CE ) in the diagnosis of digestive tract diseases. Methods: 268 persons (172 males, 96 females, average age was 60.1 years old) were referred to this study and underwent capsule endoscopies. 176 of them with various intestinal disorders and the rest 92 health volunteers. Results: Among 268 persons, 267 persons have completed CE successfully. Any complication never experienced. The significant pathological findings were revealed in 204 persons, diagnostic yield was therefore 76.4%. Patients with esophageal diseases, gastric diseases, small bowel diseases and colon diseases were found in 52, 74, 89 and 28 cases respectively. 3 cases small bowel leiomyoma, 1 case Crohn' s disease, 1 case lymphoma, 2 cases angiodysplasia were performed surgery. Among them, only 1 case small bowel leiomyoma was diagnosed by abdominal CT and another 1 case Cmhn's disease was suspected by bowel radiograph. Conclusion: CE has advantages of high safety, Its efficiency is better in the diagnosis of digestive tract diseases.
