摘要
目的评价双气囊电子小肠镜对小肠疾病的诊断及治疗意义。方法对2004年6月至2007年2月间192例疑有小肠疾病患者,行双气囊小肠镜检查235次,3例患者行内镜下治疗。结果所有病人均无严重操作相关并发症,对双气囊小肠镜的耐受性好;对病变整体检出率为64.6%;3例急性出血病人经注射硬化剂治疗出血停止。结论双气囊电子小肠镜是安全、有效的检查和治疗手段。
Objective： To evaluate the significance of the double-balloon endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of small-bowel diseases.
Method： From June 2004 to Feb 2007, for 192 patients who suspected with small-bowel diseases, 235 double-balloon endoscopy examinations were performed. Three patients Were underwent endoscopic therapy,
Result： No serious complications related with the procedure occurred.Tolerance were perfect.The whole detection rates was 64.6%. 3 cases with acute bleeding were controlled with sclerosing agent injection.
Conclusion： Double-balloon endoscopy was a safe and operative method for the examination and therapy with small bowel diseases.
