小肠内窥镜检查新进展
摘要
2000年以来，推进式小肠镜，探条式小肠镜，循环诱导式小肠镜，术中小肠镜被用于治疗小肠疾病。这些小肠镜与放射影像检查在疾病的诊断领域受到限制，并对病人造成痛苦。这也是小肠被誉为“黑盒”的原因。两种新方法，即无线可视胶囊内镜疗法（VCE）与双气囊内镜疗法（DBE）得以发展，使得内窥镜实现在全部小肠中的检查。
