老年期及老年前期格林-巴利综合症的临床特征

The clinical characteristics of Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) in elder patients.

目的 探讨老年期及老年前期GBS的临床特点。 方法 综合分析 2 1例 50～ 74岁格林 -巴利综合征住院患者的临床资料。 结果 本年龄组发病率较低 ,发病形式多样 ,颅神经及脊髓受损相对多见 ,易出现各种合并症。 结论 本年龄组GBS有其临床特点 ,经合理治疗 。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of GBS in elder patients Methods Analysing the clinical data from 21 GBS cases, age from 50 to 74 years Results All the cases in our report showed there were lower incidence, variable early symptoms, more frequent involvement in damages of the cranial nerves and the spinal cord, and easier to have the complication Conclusion Some clinical characteristics of GBS in elder patients had been found in our investigation However, after treating with appropriate treatment, the recovery and prognosis of patients in this group were as better as the GBS patients in other ages
