Discussion and Analysis of Future Financing Mode for Urban Waterworks in China

基于对现有融资模式与可供选择的融资新模式的分析,认为应在现有融资模式的基础上,积极探索市政债券和资产证券化等融资新模式,实现我国城市水务融资模式多元化的格局。

Based on analysis of existing and selectable new financing modes,the paper finds that new type of finan- cing modes such as municipal funds and asset as bonds etc should be explored actively besides existing finan- cing mode to realize multifarious financing patterns for urban waterworks in our country.
