摘要
研究采用苯并噁嗪(BOZ)耐热树脂中间体、环氧树脂(EP)、促进剂合成一种耐热性树脂,对该体系的合成工艺及物理性能进行了研究,并考察了温度对复合树脂反应活性的影响。以E-玻璃纤维布为增强材料、BOZ/EP树脂为粘结剂制备了发电机定子端部支架。通过对支架的力学性能和热稳定性能进行测试,结果表明其性能尤其是力学性能和热稳定性优异,完全能满足发电机端部支架的技术要求。
A heat-resistant benzoxazine epoxy resin (BOZ/EP)was synthesized, the synthetic technics and physical property were studied and the effect of temperature on the activity of the heat-resistant resin was investigated in this paper. With E-fibre glass fabric as the strength enhancer and BOZ/ EP heat-resistant resin compound system as the adhesive, Supporter for Stator winding End of turbogenerator were prepared. All of the properties of the sheet were tested. The results show that the mechanical and heat-resistant properties of the supporter can meet the requirements of turbogenerator, and the cost is relatively lower.
