摘要 为了改善防火涂料膨胀炭质层蓬松易脱落和易开裂的缺点,将可膨胀石墨添加到防火涂料中,通过对可膨胀石墨和基料、P_C_N化学膨胀阻燃体系匹配的研究,讨论了可膨胀石墨的细度、膨胀倍率及加入量对防火涂料炭质层结构和耐火极限的影响。结果表明可膨胀石墨的加入增加了炭质层强度,提高了防火涂料的耐火时间。 Application of expandable graphite(EG) in fire resistive coatings can keep the cellar char form from cracking, the match of expandable graphite to resin base and P-C-N fire retardant system of chemical expansion was researched, the influence of the particle size, magnification and addition of expandable graphite on fire resistive coatings were discussed by fire proofing time and the structure of the cellar char form, Experimental results showe that addition of expandable graphite improves the intensity of foamed cellar char and fire proofing time of fire resistive coatings.
