摘要 为了实现配电线路故障的快速、有选择性的切除、隔离与恢复,缩小停电面积并减小停电时间,提出一种新型配电线路自动化系统。新系统由断路器、配电线路无通道保护DNCP(distribution line non-communication protection)和备用电源自动投入单元三部分组成。配电线路发生故障后,故障区段两端的断路器在配电线路无通道保护的作用下动作跳闸,切除故障部分;失去电源的非故障区段在备用电源自动投入单元的控制下,投入备用电源,恢复相应区段的正常供电。新模式切除故障只需要一次断路器动作,一条具有6分段的配电线路最长故障切除时间小于1.1 s,非故障区段失电时间小于1.2 s。 In order to quickly and selectively clear and isolate fault segment from distribution line, then restore power supply for health segments, and also to minish the time of lost power supply and reduce area of lost power supply, a novel distribution line automation system has been proposed. The new system consisted with circuit breaker, distribution line non-communication protection (DNCP) and Backup Source Automatic Control Unit. As a fault occurred on a distribution line, the breaker and non-communication Protection in the faulted segment's ends will operate to clear the fault segment. The segments of lost power supply will again get power supply from back-up source by the control unit, so that its power supply will be restored. Any Breaker only need to operate one time for clearing a fault in the new system. For a 6 segments distribution line, the longest clearing time is about 1. 1 second and the sound segments will get a new source in 1.2 second.
