摘要
飞机维修拆卸/装配序列规划是整个飞机产品维修作业的重要组成部分,同时也是飞机远程诊断与远程维修的重要研究内容。针对飞机维修过程中拆卸/装配序列规划问题的特点和要求,本文从维修产品的拆卸/装配过程稳定性、拆卸/装配方向和拆卸/装配工具的改变次数三个方面来设置目标函数,解决了零件数量大的产品规划计算效率不高且没有考虑产品的维修过程稳定性问题。本文开发出了基于遗传算法的飞机维修拆卸/装配序列规划系统,并结合具体产品进行了验证。
Disassembly/assembly sequence planning for aircraft maintenance is an integral part of aircraft maintenance job, and is a study subject in remote aircraft diagnosis and maintenance. According to the characteristics and requests of disassembly/assembly sequence planning for aircraft maintenance, a target function of genetic algorithm is defined in terms of stability of disassembly/assembly process, disassembly/assembly direction variations and disassembly/assembly tool changes, so that problems of low calculation efficiency associated with products with a large number of parts and the instability of maintenance process can be taken into account in the disassembly/assembly sequence planning based on GA. The program of disassembly sequence planning based on genetic algorithm is developed and a case study is given to validate the proposed method in this paper.
