摘要
目的观测小剂量单次静脉注射米力农对兔顿抑心肌的血流动力学影响和对兔顿抑心肌有无保护作用。方法家兔30只,随机分为3组,每组10只。假手术组(A):只穿线,不结扎,旷置15 min,再观察1 h;缺血/顿抑组(B):结扎左冠状动脉前降支15 min,再灌注1 h;米力农组(C):结扎左冠状动脉前降支15 min,再灌注1 h。结扎左冠状动脉前降支后耳缘静脉注射米力农5μg/kg,10 min注射完。结果C和B组比较15 min、30 min、60 min时cTnI、CK、CK-MB、AST、LDH、HBDH、HR、LVDP明显降低(P<0.01),LVSP、+DP/DT、-DP/DT升高(P<0.01)。结论小剂量单次静脉注射米力农不同时间点对兔顿抑心肌有保护作用并可明显改善其血流动力学参数。
objective To determine whether a single low- dose intravenous injection of milrinone have effects on stunned myocardium in experimental rabbits . Methods 30 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups.Each group owns 10 rabbits,ln group A.ligtures were placed under rabbits left anterior descanding coromary arteries (LAD) but not occlouded.In group B, LAD were occluded for 15 min and then loosed for60 min.while in group c, alter 15 min occlusion of LAD, the rabbits were injected with lowdosage (5μg/kg) mirinone in marginal ear vein, and then ofllooed with 60 min reperfusion. Results Cardiac troponin I, CK, CK - MB, AST, LDH, HBDH, HR, LVDP in group C were lower than those of group B ( P 〈 0.01 ), while LVSP, + DP/DT, - DP/DT were higher than those of group B ( P 〈 0.01). Couclusion A single low - dose intravenous injection of milrinone can protect stunned myocardium in experimental rabbits markedly.
