摘要
罗孝建是海外华人中餐业者的杰出代表。他撰写了四十本以上的中国菜谱等烹饪文化著作,在欧美等国有着广泛的影响。罗孝建在传播中国烹饪文化方面有着不可替代的作用,在中外饮食文化交流史上有着重要的地位,是传播中国烹饪文化的使者。
Kenneth Lo is an outstanding representative among the overseas Chinese in Chinese cuisine industry. He left behind him over forty volumes of masterpieces of recipes, which are influential in America and Europe. Kenneth Lo, as an ambassador of Chinese cuisine culture, is irreplaceable in diffusing Chinese cuisine culture and plays an important role in Chinese- foreign catering culture communication history.
