2004年昆明市居民伤害死亡水平及影响因素分析

Analysis for Death Level of Injury and the Influential Factors for Kunming Residents in 2004

目的分析昆明市2004年户籍居民伤害死亡水平、原因及分布特征。方法按ICD-10方法整理个案资料,用DeathReg2005软件进行数据输入和统计分析。结果伤害死亡占死亡总数的11.54%,伤害死亡率为69.43/10万,列死因分类的第4位,位于循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤之后,但减寿率却居第1位。城乡及不同年龄组人群的伤害死亡率和主要死因差异均有统计学意义。结论伤害是昆明市居民早死的主要死因,死亡的主要原因是交通事故、自杀。

Objective To analyze the level, cause and distribution features of death for the registered residents of Kunming in the year 2004. Methods Data of the cases were sorted and analyzed according to ICD - 10.The material was dataprocessed and treated with software DeathReg 2005. Results The number of injury death amounted to 11.54% of the total nunber of death and the injury death rate was 69.43/100 000, which ranked the fourth of the death causes, next to circulatory diseases, respiratory diseases and neoplasm. But in potential years of life lost injury death ranked the first （PYLL） .There were significant diferences in injury death rate and death cause between city and countryside, and among different age groups. Conclusion The injury was the main cause of early death of citizen in Kunming. The major causes were traffic accident and suicide.
