摘要
情绪因素对个体的学习意志、动机、性格等会产生直接的影响。有效的情绪管理能使个体充分发挥主观能动性和创造性,促使个体的情绪反应具有灵活性、应变性和适度性,人们能以有组织的、建设性的方式迅速而有效地适应变化。成人函授学习具有在职、分散、社会干扰多的特点,因此可以通过自我目标的定位、适时的自我调节、自我压力的释放及教学单位的配合等方式促进情绪管理,增进学习效能。
Emotion factors affect directly the study will and motivation and character of the individual , so efficient emotion mangement can exert the individual' s mobility and creativeness to advance emotion reaction' s flexibility and complaisance and expediency, in order to adapt rapidly condition. The adult students' teaching by correspondence have the peculiarity such as incumbency, decentralization, much interference and so on . They can carry out the orientation of the oneself goals, the pat oneself adjustment, re- leasing oneself compressive stress and school' s concert, so that they may improve emotion management to further efficiency of study.
